Scenario: A Hollywood producer is interested in your book. Can you come up with an enticing logline (plot summary of 25 words or less)?
A girl enters an unsanctioned drug trial and wakes up chained to a bed with no memory to find she’s become a Deader.
Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
I think Jessica Biel would be great for Evaine. She is sweet, but strong. I like Anson Mount for Luca, but I’ve been told he’s too old 🙁 So sad. I still like him. I think Steven McQueen would be great for Tristan, who is sexy and sweet and an all around good guy.
Does the storyline of your novel compare with any films out there?
Uhm…I don’t know. My book is a new twist on zombies, but it isn’t graphic and gross,, it’s a romance. It is sort of like Underworld, I guess, and kind of like cringe…Twilight, shhhhhh I didn’t just say that! But because of the love triangle it kind of is, plus it’s New Adult. So I guess that’s it. Also a bit like Limitless. Yeah that about covers it.
