SO! I finished Red the Were Hunter. The first in a series of Dark Paranormal Fairy Tales that I came up with a few months back. So what is Red the Were Hunter you ask? Here it is:
When Redlynn of the Sisterhood loses her best friend to a werewolf attack, and finds another girl from her village has been taken, she sets out to end the war with the Weres once and for all. But when she is injured in the forest and rescued by Adrian and his men, Redlynn learns that there are worse things in the woods, than the wolves. And if she can stop herself from killing Adrian, the Wolf King, she may just fulfill an ancient prophecy that will begin to heal her divided lands.
Wahoo! Yup, that’s it. And once again we have an Alpha female and an Alpha male who are inexplicably attracted to each other, and want nothing more than to…well…be mated.
Red is a shorter book, right around 50k and I am super happy with it. I took the Camp NaNo challenge in April and got it finished. I have edited it twice since then and now it is with Beta Readers. Hopefully, in a couple of weeks I will have it out to a few publishers to look at and we’ll see where I go from there.
The Society and Dead Awakenings are out right now, having been requested by a few publishers to look at. So fingers crossed for me as I hope someone will want to pick those up.
Now I am off! Yesterday I plotted out Snow the Vampire Slayer, and today I need to plot out Zelle the Succubus. Oooooooo Succubus! Too much fun!
