Thank you for having me here today, Rebekah. I’ve found only the most strong of heart women want to share their blogs with me these days. I’m really glad you’re one of them. In case J.J. hasn’t told you, my name is Dragon from her latest novel, Into the Darkness. I’m really excited for my story to make the world wide web. It’s been a long time coming.

What is your favorite drink?

My favorite drink is far from the normal One would probably expect me to say a fine whiskey, but my favorite is the way Raven’s blood tastes against my tongue. The fire that resides within that woman, hmmmm.

Favorite Food?

There is only one substance that keeps a vampire alive and well. Blood. Don’t be afraid, I rarely finish a meal to the point of death.

Best Date?

The night my Raven realized she wasn’t dreaming. We made love until the sun was almost upon us. It broke my heart to have to leave her to her own accord after such a night.

Worst Date?

The night my Raven realized I was not the mortal man she thought I was, nor was she who she thought she was as well. I never want to relieve that part of our lives again. Well, maybe the part where she realized how vital blood was to her diet. *wicked grin*

What do you notice first in a woman?

Since Raven came into my life six years ago, I’ve not noticed another woman. There was something different about Raven right from the start.

She was perusing the booths at the midnight open market with her mother and others of their kind. The moonlight spilled down on her casting the most bewitching glow about her. I was in awe of her from that very moment. So much so, I spent the next five years catching a glimpse of her as often as possible and spending each night (after my feeding of course) in the branches of an old oak tree, just so I could take in her heavenly scent. Her favorite perfume is Dragon’s Blood afterall.

What is your biggest pet peeve with women?

Their stubbornness. I can’t tell you how often Raven is determined to do things her way and her way alone. It’s as if I have no knowledge of this paranormal life we lead.

Use three words to describe yourself.

Warrior, Loyal, and Protective

If you could meet anyone who would it be?

Raven’s mother. I would like the opportunity to change her mind about men. I regret not coming forward in the five years she was alive that I spent secretly wanting Raven. I think things could have gone very differently had I met Willow and we could have come to some understanding about her daughter.

What is one secret that you don’t want people to know about you?

I may be a warrior type vampire, but Raven, my vampire/witch bride wears the pants in our household. Don’t tell her father, Flame, he’d never understand just how deeply his daughter lives in my soul. He’s a bit bitter from his experience with Raven’s mother.
